Green River WMA
is 21,302 acres found in Taylor and Adair counties, ten miles south of Campbellsville along the shoreline of Green River Lake. The topography is made up of gently rolling terrain with flat bottoms around the river and ridge tops. You can hunt amidst mixed hardwoods with cleared areas in agricultural crops and wildlife food plots. The entire area is under Quality Deer Management regulations. All bucks must have antlers that spread past its ears.

CAMPING
Holmes Bend Campground
Situated along Kentucky's Highland Rim, the general area of Holmes Bend Campground contains forested tracks, rolling meadows, and riparian zones with steep slopes. Green River Lake encompasses a total of some 32,000 acres in the central portion of Kentucky.
Holmes Bend campground offers 125 campsites--102 with electric hook-ups of which 42 also have water hook-ups. Other amenities include dump stations, bath houses, boat ramp, playground, shelter, and fishing areas. A public marina, gas stations, bait & grocery stores, firewood & ice, boat storage, and miniature golf are nearby.

Unless you choose the number of campers to share your campsite, we will fill each campsite with 6 people keeping your cost low. We are looking for single hunters and church groups to share this exciting hunting retreat.
